Architecturally designed and just 4 years old, Amaroo House is tucked away at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac on just over half an acre. It’s both family friendly and pet friendly.

This modern home sleeps 10 guests in 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Features include a large, heated swimming pool and spa, tennis court, basketball ring, outdoor lounge, and dining area. Available are Netflix, Disney Plus and Prime Movies, reliable WiFi and home security.

Control your climate with Reverse Cycle Aircon/Heating, Hydronic Heating, Bathroom Floor Heating, Electric Blinds/Curtains, and Ceiling Fans.

Take a 15-minute walk along the quiet back streets to South Beach for a morning coffee and swim. Keep walking 5 mins further along the Esplanade to Mt Martha Village.

In the main living area large sliding doors open to invite the outside in. The second living area is ideal for kids (or big kids) to have uninterrupted indoor fun with books, puzzles, board games, PlayStation 3, toys and movies. It also provides a quiet space for children to sleep while older guests stay up a little later!

When not swimming, make use of the monkey bars, swings, trampoline, cubby house and sandpit. All viewable from the main living/dining area.

The master bedroom and ensuite are exceptionally private with king-sized bed, flat screen TV and private balcony. The ensuite has a large double, walk-through shower with dual overhead rain showers – you’ll never want to get out!

On the lower level, the gym includes a stepper, exercise bike, bench press and free weights.

For your pleasure we include all linen and amenities, including beach towels, beach toys and sporting equipment.

The internal Garage will house two cars with parking for four more cars along the driveway behind the security gate.

Mt Martha village is an easy 5 min drive away. With its beachside charm it has all the essentials including a supermarket, deli, cafes, restaurants and a newsagent.
