Here, everything is just a 3-minute walk away – the pristine bayside beach is 130m away, and the charming village shops are 150m away, and even the local bowling club. No need to drive; the kids will love the freedom! In fact, you can even stroll to the beach via a secluded path along the estuary.

This newly renovated 4-bedroom home, sleeping 8-10, is tailor-made for extended families or two families looking to create lasting memories by the sea. 

Entertaining is easy with all the mods cons needed to cater for a family event – Westinghouse kitchen appliances – oven, 5 burner gas stove, fridge and dishwasher and for the coffee lover, the all important Nespresso Coffee Machine. The well-appointed kitchen and dining room opens onto a spacious covered deck with long outdoor dining table, a BBQ and overlooks the lush flower and fruit garden, perfect for relaxed family gatherings.

Inside, discover two spacious living areas – upstairs has a sunroom with TV which gives kids a break out room (it comfortably sleeps an extra 2 guests on day beds) and downstairs is the main lounge, 2 modern bathrooms – one on each level, and a dedicated office space. Stay connected with high-speed NBN (an office is set up with Bedroom 3) and when the evenings turn chilly, gather around the fireplace for warmth and laughter watching the new smart TV. Feel free to make use of the European laundry with washer and dryer. After spending the day at the beach, use the outside shower to rinse off.
