You’re welcomed by warmth, light and vast space and treated to deluxe comforts in every corner.  Set on the gentle hills in McCrae, affording gorgeous bay and water views, and being able to walk to the beach with the nearby restaurant/cafe strip, you have the best holiday options right here.  The property block is large, so with ample space to securely park your boat or jet ski’s when travelling for a bayside escape.  Returning from the beach you can easily rinse in the outdoor hot water shower and get ready for a night around the stone laid firepit – it’s a beautiful space where you will make fun filled memories.  This stunning architectural home is bridalled amongst a lovely manicured garden, one you’ll genuinely enjoy. There is parking for 8 in the driveway or large boat/yacht, jetski, trailer. The property is secluded by brush fencing and gates providing privacy and security. Suited for mature groups only. 

Entertaining with your friends and family here is going to be unparalleled.  The central living area of the home is so welcoming with the double kitchen, bar, lounge, dining and beautiful deck to the bay.  With large windows throughout and the most divine furnishings and fixtures – you will be impressed the minute you arrive.  The chef standard kitchen is complete with all the items and chapels you need for a perfect luxurious stay.  At the rear is a butler’s kitchen, which you will find all the equipment needed for your enjoyment.  The front kitchen is equally impressive to be part of the family activities.    With bench seating at the breakfast bar – the whole family will be able to enjoy the kitchen hospitality and festivities. On the balcony is a gas BBQ with built in benches, sink and cooking utensils. 

Unwind on the family size lounges with the large screen TV – but we feel you will be more captured by the view!  

Dining with your family and friends is also an ultra experience as you have options inside and out at two large dining tables with ample seating. Did we mention the views are divine from here?  

The second lounge room with TV and built in lounge seat is secluded, if needing another break away area, with the option to be made private with a sliding closure.  This zone has 2 toilets, bathroom, 2 bedrooms and a lounge with bay views and deck.

Coastal Reflections has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with 3 separate toilets. The King master bedroom enjoys the panoramic views with deck access through to the entertaining centre. Plush bedding, blockout blinds, sheer curtains and lush carpets are featured.  With a full size bathroom ensuite, you are enveloped in luxury.  Accompanying the parent’s retreat is a large office space with desk and seating for two.  A beautiful executive working environment, so you can work from home with high-speed NBN and space to set up and spread out. For privacy the master zone has privacy doors to enclose from the living area.

The second master also is a lush space with a King bed, plush carpets and lofty ceiling heights with floor to ceiling windows.  This lovely bedroom is private and overlooks the garden downstairs and is near the lower main bathroom.

Two Single bedrooms upstairs share a large bathroom and two separate toilets.

The laundry with washer & dryer, large centre bench and drying room is impressive and will likely turn any household chore into a delightful experience.

All the finer touches of a superior home are included here – NBN, Ducted Air-conditioning and heating, Fire pit, Coffee Machine and European appliances.  

Coastal Reflections is wonderfully located in McCrae, very close to McCrae lighthouse and sandy shallow bayside beach.  The local shops are a close 8 min walk away. McCrae is enviably placed on the Mornington Peninsula – central to the Peninsula’s must sees; boutique wineries, distilleries and breweries, golf courses, the luxe Peninsula Hot Springs and world class restaurants.
