The walking track to Dimmicks Beach passes by the front of the property and you can hear the ocean waves! At the same time you are only five minutes drive to the shops and cafés of Blairgowrie village, as well as the Blairgowrie Yacht club and front beach.

The beautiful, designer décor, open plan living area, dining table for ten and fully equipped kitchen with bench sitting is the hub of the home.

The living area opens out through the French doors to the expansive decking with alfresco dining under a shade sail and sitting area. The decking leads you down past the BBQ area and fire pit sitting area to the natural coastal treed backyard.

Undercover parking for two cars caters conveniently for all seasons and can also be used as an expansive outdoor alfresco area.
