Entertaining is a joy with vast spaces to sit and unwind, allowing your family to spread out and relax.  Lumina is multizone home is perfect for families who have teenagers who want to enjoy sports/outdoors with weights, basketball half court, spa & pool and sunken seating area. The large 150 inch screen theatre with plush lounge is an incredible space for the family to chill out, with gaming consoles also.

Entertaining indoors and outdoors is easy with the designer kitchen, integrated fridge/freezer and dishwasher and all mod cons required for catering and hosting your family gatherings.  The deck from the kitchen has dual covered and exposed areas – so you get to enjoy the weather is all conditions.  The covered area has heat strips for added warmth, a plumbed gas BBQ with wine/beer fridge and outdoor sink.  The dining table has long bench seats and an outdoor lounge setting to bask in the sun.

Sleeping 8+ Lumina is best suited for an extended family! All bedrooms are on the entry level – master King with Jet bath in Ensuite and the three other rooms are Doubles (2 trundles available upon request*). The three bed rooms share a bathroom with shower and toilet.  A separate powder room is beside the laundry.

Downstairs near to pool has another outdoor dining table so you can closely supervise children.

The infinity edge pool is solar heated, with edge safety step. It features a built in gas heated spa. It is perfectly located to take full sun, so you will enjoy the warmth during summer.  It overlooks the backyard and reserve so you’ll enjoy the kookaburras and bird life whilst swimming.

Lumina is pet friendly, for 1 dog.  Please advise when booking if bringing pet, include breed and age.

Located in an enviable location in Mount Martha on a quiet leafy street – a leisurely 10 min walk to South Beach, the cafes and Village shops.  A walk to the village is lovely, along the coastal streets.

The important essentials are all provided for you – WIFI and office, Netflix, Foxtel, Indoor gas fireplace, aircons in each bedroom, plush bedding and a fully equipped kitchen and pantry basics.  The laundry has Bosch Washer and Dryer.  Parking for 4 cars – 1 in carport and 3 in driveway.
