Sunsets on Sherwood is a heart warming home, light filled and a fantastic family home with secure backyard and private solar heated pool. Summertime holidays will be fantastic for your family at Sunsets on Sherwood!  Sit back and enjoy the breeze on the deck, watch the kids play in the pool dip in and relax yourself then sit by the pool deck under the pergola.  This lovely treasure of a home in Mount Martha is gorgeous for a young family with children and grandparents, who will have their own retreat downstairs.  Enjoy the large back yard to run around, kick soccer ball and pick lemons to juice some homemade lemonade.  The wonderful beach, Village shops and cafes at Mount Martha are not far away, if you all want to enjoy a swim in the bay and play in the sand.  

Sleeping 6 and well suited for 1 extended family, with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms – and the summer essential… a sun-drenched pool!   

The kitchen is centrally located so you can wine, dine and cook with the family around.  It is modern with all the equipment you need to make yourself at home and to entertain whilst on holidays; fridge/freezer, wide 90cm gas oven, Bosch dishwasher, microwave and cooking essentials.  For outdoor entertaining, there is a brand new Matador barbecue and bar fridge. An open plan dining living area is beautifully decorated and has comfortable lounges, with all important reversed cycle aircon during hot summer days. The deck outside has seating for 8 so you can enjoy a BBQ and a wine from the bar fridge. For the hot summer nights, enjoy lunch or dinner under the shady lemon tree (teak outdoor dining set seats 8 with extra deck chairs provided), with outdoor umbrellas and a marquee available….. perfect for entertaining larger groups on Christmas Day or New Years Eve.

Pool is solar heated and can go up to 32 degrees Celsius – it also has a pool cover for nights to maintain warm temperatures overnight.  There is  seating across the shallow end, has night lights and is salt/chlorinated water.

There are 3 bedrooms on the main level, with shared bathroom. Lots of books and games for a true family getaway. Downstairs is a spare room/retreat which also is set up as an office, should you need to do remote working (plus remote working space upstairs).  Office essentials including Unlimited WIFI and desk & chair are available. The euro style laundry is complete with washer and dryer, air drying lines are in the carport.
