The Manor House is a boutique home in Mount Martha – such an idyllic escape for families (whole home) or executives/couples/friends (The Manor Retreat) seeking a retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday city life. A warm welcome awaits you with French farmhouse styling, combined with leafy surroundings, lovely outdoor pool and pool house. Year long you’ll enjoy a serene enchanting atmosphere that invites relaxation and rejuvenation.

Famous for its pristine beach and coffee culture, Mount Martha is an easy 15 minutes meander along the elevated Balcombe Estuary boardwalk that starts opposite your front door.

The Manor exudes an elegant and timeless French farmhouse style, combining rustic elements with refined aesthetics.

The exterior of the home features a warm stone facade and a beautiful weeping wisteria which wraps around the classic verandah adding a touch of natural beauty and offers a cozy spot to enjoy the serene surroundings.

As you step inside, you're greeted by an atmosphere of warmth and sophistication. The interior design effortlessly blends contemporary elements with rustic accents and gorgeous timber beams. The walls are textured with warm neutral tones, providing a soothing backdrop for the carefully curated furnishings, art pieces and decor.

The living area boasts brand new and super comfortable deep seated lounges to enjoy the array of reading materials and large screen TV in comfort – with panel heating in winter and aircons in summer. French windows and doors effortlessly invite the natural light to provide a refreshing ambiance. The room is adorned with tasteful artwork and decorative items, adding a personal touch to the overall aesthetic.

The kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring a combination of modern appliances and traditional farmhouse-inspired cabinetry. Ample cooking space with a wrap around countertop, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, a double sink and an impressive stainless steel and glass door fridge. Adjacent to the kitchen is a cozy and casual breakfast table setting, and it is also complimented with a formal table and seating for 8.

The master bedroom downstairs offers a tranquil retreat, adorned with luxe French soft linens, plush pillows, and a comfortable Queen-sized bed. The decor incorporates elements of French country style, including a combination of modern and antique furnishings with delicate and tasteful floral accents. A large window frames a peaceful view of the surrounding Balcombe Estuary Boardwalk bushland. With ample space for your belongings in the walk through robe you enter a fully tiled ensuite featuring double shower and toilet with his and hers mirrored vanities.

Upstairs can be hired alone if only couples wish to stay (and this is at a reduced rate from the entire home).  The upstairs half of the house is securely available, so please enquire for the availability and reduced pricing.  Please note if The Manor Retreat is booked, it has dual occupancy downstairs.  If you book the whole house, you have exclusivity of the entire dwelling.

The Manor Retreat upstairs has two large king sized rooms with French dressers, enormous rumpus lounge room, a kitchenette, separate toilet, the bathroom is equipped with ample bench seating, vanity, and shower over a jet spa bath. Lounge comfortably on the deep sofas with flat screen TV, you can relax reading, playing a game or listening to music.

Stepping outside, you'll enjoy the lovely in-ground pool with a private pool house, exclusively available to you as guests. There is a plumbed gas BBQ to enjoy the outdoor area and relax in the pool house surrounded by a peaceful hedged garden.
