Nestled in the heart of Mount Martha villages is Kaya – Mount Martha Beach House. A beautifully furnished home for a family to enjoy a beach side holiday. A large back yard to play in whilst entertaining and cooking in the spacious alfresco area, with plumbed BBQ, bar fridge and dining table and chairs. Walk to the beach in minutes grab a wine at Hey Darl or dine at Volpino. Enjoy the lovely sunsets on the deck after fun filled days at the beach, near the famous beach boxes and exploring the rock pools, and let the kids play on the sand bars whilst enjoying one of the most tranquil bayside beaches on the Mornington Peninsula.
Sleeping 6 adults and 2 kids (or just keep to 6 adults for a cosy weekender with the girls or guys), Kaya is set up for a leisurely time either on the front deck or the rear alfresco BBQ area. With a large grassy front and backyard, you can enjoy a game of boules or just bask in the sun! The beach is only a quick 5 minute walk down Bay Road or Watsons Road. Nearby is the bowls club for a fun night with the locals.
Kaya has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a large office set up with a desk and monitor – if anyone in your group needs to keep up their work duties. But we hope you get to unwind whilst here and enjoy the beautiful space Kaya offers.

This home is so gorgeous and the photos don’t do it justice! It has a stunning view of the beach, so spent lots of time on the balcony soaking it up. Plenty of space for a couple of families with a huge front and backyard. Best bit was definitely the little touches of luxury throughout from the linen, the comfy beds to the toiletries.
